Between October 2024 and September 2025, I ran an online survey of participants in my ‘Leading the Way’ public workshops throughout New Zealand. I had 65 responses from a variety of law firm leaders,
- both executives (mainly Practice Managers) and lawyers (mainly Partners). The purpose of the survey was to assess their leadership practices and competencies, to identify their ‘burning issues’ and concerns and to better understand their personal and professional goals.  This report summarises those findings.
