Thanks - a valuable contribution to discussion on this important topic, Simon.
Leadership is all about these important things. It's also about doing what's right, because it's right, rather than because it's convenient or immediatly profitable.
The greatest law firm leaders take their teams to do great work which is recognised by those they serve (the clients), and valued by them, and then rewarded - rather than working principally for the rewards.
Great article Simon. I presented a paper at the NZLS Property Law Conference yesterday, and I had a strong focus on this very issue.
It promotes business effectiveness and efficiency while striving for innovation, flexibility, and integration with technology. BPM attempts to improve processes continuously. Thanks.
